It’s a cold day in January, and this one is getting us sweetly nostalgic for hot summer days filled with love. Kat and Mikey are dear friends and being a part of this special day was an honor.
These two tied the knot on Kat’s parents’ farm in rural Pennsylvania, so this day was uniquely personal. Kat’s friends made her silk jumpsuit and earrings (talented friends, FTW!). And during a first look in the woods, Kat gave Mikey a darling floral necklace she made for him. Kat is a talented florist and also created her bouquet, and that gorgeous ceremony installation.
Friends and family sang songs, danced, and shot fireworks off into the night during an energetic celebration of love. We are so thrilled to have witnessed this day!
Doesn't this one seem like a summer dream? Running through a field of your friends dancing and holding sparklers is our kind of romance. We already loved the Hudson Valley, but getting to shoot on a stunning private property was one we won't forget.
Bonfire, sparklers, confetti, ping pong, s'mores AND a food truck?! Thanks to Charlotte and Emilio for having us be a part of this very joyful day!
Jenna and Scout had one of those weddings you get teary-eyed just thinking about. They stumbled upon the Inn at Barley Sheaf Farm during a day trip after driving down the tree-lined road, and knew it would be their wedding venue. Stunning flowers were designed by Papertini, and their cake was by Caketeria. Scratch weddings DJ-ed the event. Jenna and Scout wore beautiful complimentary dresses from Lovely Bride and BHLDN. Their hair and makeup were by True Beauty Marks.
We were so happy to both photograph and film their gorgeous day and get to leave feeling like friends! We can't thank these two enough for having us be a part of their day.
