Bonny + Chris | New York Engagement Session | Civil Ceremony | Chinese Banquet

Bonny + Chris had a whirlwind of events last month with an engagement session in the Catskills, a civil ceremony in NYC and a Chinese Banquet in Flushing, NY! I got to photograph their events that will eventually lead up to their big wedding reception in the Catskills this fall. I had such a great time capturing these different moments that are so meaningful to them and their families and can’t wait for the big wedding. For after their Civil Ceremony, we walked around the area near the courthouse and in Chinatown, being sure to grab some milk tea (“naai cha” in Cantonese). The banquet took place at the iconic Royal Queen Restaurant in Flushing. If you love Chinese food and have not been to Flushing yet, do yourself a favor a plan a day trip to try all of the culinary delicacies! Congrats Bonny and Chris, thanks for having me!
